 | A: Find the price of shipping one card to Europe then for each additional card add 7p.
For shipping to the rest of the world find the price of shipping one postcard, then add 13p for each additional card. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping on postcards to the UK? |

 | A: Second class shipping is £1.04 for 1-3 cards, £1.21 for 4-6 cards, £1.40 for 7+ cards. Occasionally we can add more cards without exceeding Royal Mail's charges, which is why you should wait for our combined invoice - if you have bought more than one item. |

 | A: We are happy to give you more information, but if you require a scan you must send us your e-mail address. This is because eBay's messaging service will not accept attachments. We ignore ridiculuous requests - like the one which asked us to send details of all messages on the backs of nine postcards - priced at £1.00 the lot! |

 | A: After 14 working days, write to us (pen & ink variety) and we will refund your payment. We will then use your letter to make a claim against Royal mail and try to get our money back! |

Alternatively, tell us what you think it is worth and if we agree, we will refund the difference. |
