We will NOT post items on the day before, during, or the day after a postal strike.

When there are intermittent walk-outs, we will only post a parcel if you have it sent recorded delivery, however we will subsidise Royal Mail's 75p charge:

On parcels worth over £40 - we will pay the full 75p;

on parcels worth over £25 - we will pay 55p towards the charge;

on parcels worth over £10 - we will pay 35p towards the charge;

on all other parcels - we will pay 15p towards the charge.
