We always get proof of posting.If an item does go missing in the post we will apply to the post office for compensation.When Royal Mail have finished their investigations and awarded compensation we will pass this on to you.Please remember the only way to track an item is to send it recorded.We are happy to send items recorded delivery just let us know and we will adjust the postage cost accordingly.
If an item is unsuitable (eg,wrong size) please email us immediately and return the item within 7 days we will exchange as long as the item is in the same condition it was sent in.All postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item we will give a full refund or exchange once we have received the faulty item back from you.
