RETURNS POLICY

If you intend to return an item to us, you must first contact us to arrange a returns reference number, with which the parcel must be clearly labelled. Items must be returned to us via either Royal Mail first/second class standard or recorded delivery (unless specifically arranged or instructed otherwise which may be necessary/recommended in the case of heavier items), at your cost and adequately insured if necessary. You must keep proof of postage as you will need to claim on the insurance if the parcel is lost or damaged en-route to us.

In cases where an item is required to be returned in its original saleable condition - this means all packaging and contents must be fully intact, not ripped, torn or otherwise damaged in any way different to which could be expected to occur normally in transit. No contents or packaging can be written on, nor can anything such as adhesive tape be applied to any part of the packaging or contents which may result in damaging these directly or as a result of having to remove this.

Any refunds, complete or partial, must be refunded via the original payment method.

It is buyer's responsibility to read an item's description fully and to ensure that it is suitable for use with other equipment, where relevant; incompatibility can not be regarded as a fault. It is also the buyer's responsibility to check a parcel upon receipt to verify that its contents are correct and have been received undamaged.



If an item is no longer wanted: it must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in its original saleable condition. You will be refunded for the amount originally paid minus shipping.

If an item is suspected faulty: it must returned within 14 days of receipt or within the warranty period if one is offered with the item. The item will be tested and if it is found to be faulty then you will be supplied with a replacement item and re-imbursed for the cost of returning the faulty item. If it is instead found to be in perfect working order, it will be returned and you must first pay for the re-shipping.

In the unlikely event of an incorrect item being received: it must be returned in its original saleable condition. On arrival, the correct item will be dispatched and you will be re-imbursed for the cost of returning the incorrect item.

Alternatively, in cases where expediency is necessary or preferred regarding the handling of a faulty or incorrectly supplied item - we can dispatch the replacement/correct item before the original item arrives back to us only if it is handled as a temporary new order. This means an additional payment must be made for the goods and shipping in full and as soon as the original item arrives back in the expected condition then this additional payment will be refunded in full. This provides the same end result as the traditional process, but much quicker.
