POSTAGE
Items are posted the same day of purchase if paid for before 3.30pm.
Stated postage costs include all packaging charges. Please remember that the postal charge is not for the stamp alone. All items are professionally packaged; we are not shy with the bubblewrap!
We send items via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and DHL @Home, and Royal Mail International, DPD and DHL Express for overseas shipments. Some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer. If your order is urgent, we can send via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or DHL Next Day. If this is the case, simply email us to see if this is possible.
Please note the UK Zones, which are explained below.
We obtain a proof of postage for all items sent, and items are covered by the relevant company’s insurance policy. We are not responsible for items lost in the post, but will do our utmost to retrieve the insurance payout on your behalf.
We always combine ship where possible, but as general rule model car and motorsport items cannot be sent together.
If you are unsure about shipping costs, or wish for us to wait to send an item if you are bidding or intend to bid on another item, please feel free to email us and we will happily do this.
