After we receive your order and payment has cleared, we aim to process and dispatch your order the next business working day.

However during busy periods we may take up to 2 to 3 working days to dispatch your order.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order and we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 business working days, we shall contact yourself and advise of any details pertaining to the delay. Please note delays are very rare.

All of our order deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail. We offer a variety of delivery options, please see individual listings for details.

Please choose the options that best suit yourself taking into account the value of the order. We offer FREE UK postage on a wide range of products.

However when your order contains multiple items it may be more prudent to upgrade the delivery option to offer more suitable insurance. Depending on overall order value.
       
      The following are the options we currently provide for UK based customers:

There is no insurance available against loss with this option.
       
www.madamemystiques.com     www.madamemystiques.com 1st Class Standard - Takes 1 to 2 business working days for delivery. This is not a Royal Mail guaranteed service.

There is no insurance available against loss with this option.
       
www.madamemystiques.com     1st Class Signed for Recorded Delivery - Takes 1 to 2 business working days for delivery. This option does not guarantee delivery time, delivery times are the same as standard mail options.

However this option does offer tracking and will require a signature upon receipt. (It is advisable for this option that a suitable day time delivery address is provided, to avoid collection from your local Royal Mail sorting office depot.)

This option also offers insurance against loss for up to a maximum of £39.00 GBP.
       
www.madamemystiques.com     Special Delivery Next Day -  This service is guaranteed for next day delivery. Items sent via this option should arrive before 1pm for most parts of the UK specified in the map below.  Any items that arrive after this guaranteed time, postage costs can be claimed from Royal Mail.

This option offers tracking and will require a signature upon receipt. (It is advisable for this option that a suitable day time delivery address is provided, to avoid collection from your local Royal Mail sorting office depot.)

This option offers basic insurance against loss for up to a maximum of £500.00 GBP. Additional cover can be purchased however this would only be applicable to wholesale orders.

Please see the map on the left to view which areas are covered for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

Most parts of the UK are covered with the exception of northern regions of Scotland and islands. If you live in a non covered area (i.e. not grey)please see the colour code on the map for an indication of delivery times.

1. Grey - Guaranteed Next Day 1pm (Normal Service)
2. Red - Guaranteed Next Day 5.30pm
3. Blue - Two Working Days 5.30pm
4. Orange - Three Working Days 5.30pm
 
We also provide the following additional UK based delivery services upon special request.

1. Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery before 9am

2. Guaranteed Saturday Special Delivery before 1pm - additional £2.20 for Saturday Delivery on top of normal price for this service.

3. Guaranteed Saturday Special Delivery before 9am - additional £2.20 for Saturday Delivery on top of normal price for this service.
 
International Delivery
 
For non UK customers please see individual listings options and costs, most orders are sent out via standard small packets and the cost is usually dependant on the weight of the order.

Unfortunately international options via Royal Mail are limited in terms of Guaranteeing Delivery Times. However for orders of a high value we recommend using the "Royal Mail International Signed For" service, this costs an additional £3.70 GBP on top of the standard cost of postage. Insurance covers up to the value of £39.00 GBP, additional insurance can be purchased from Royal Mail.

Madame Mystiques is committed to Customer Satisfaction and we believe that communication is a key factor in providing a valued service that enhances overall customer experience.

Consequently we will aim to keep yourself informed at every stage of the order process right through to post sale customer services.


Communication that you can expect with every order:

1. Upon receipt of your order we will send out an acknowledgement email to let you know that we have received your order and that we are awaiting cleared payment before we can process your order.

2. After we have received cleared payment we shall again inform yourself via email to acknowledge that payment has cleared and that your order is now ready to be processed ready for dispatch.

3. After your order has been processed and has been sent off for dispatch we shall let yourself know via email that your order has been dispatched and will indicate approximate delivery times depending on destination. This will vary more for International Customers.

4. One week after your order has been dispatched we will email yourself again to ensure everything has gone to your expectations and that you are satisfied with the both the product and service you have recieved.
       
       
      Additional Communication:
       
      Other than the above communication, if there is a problem or delay with your order you can expect email communication from ourselves. Additionally if you have any concerns or queries please do not hesitate to get in touch.

If you have queries relating to products or whether you are chasing up your order, we will endeavour to respond to yourself within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note at busier periods it may take slightly longer to get back yourself. However rest assured one of our advisors will be in touch.
