All Measurements of the hair we sell are shown to their overall minimum length, however each length is approximately 1" to 2" longer than stated in the item descriptions of all our listings. e.g. 18" hair will be approximately 19" to 20" long, 20" hair would be 21" to 22" long, etc... This excess is so that the tip of the hair looks natural like your own hair. Similar 18" lengths on sale in the eBay marketplace are advertised as 19" and even 20" in some cases, instead of 18". This is common with all lengths of varying sizes. This is usually advertised as a longer length for marketing purposes. However we have chosen to advertise the hair as they come described by the manufacturers. |

| In line with our core values, we have a strong belief that shopping on eBay should be simple and safe, moreover a pleasant experience. If our product is faulty or does not meet the description in the listing we would be happy to offer an EXCHANGE or a FULL NO QUIBBLE REFUND.
All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be in a resalable condition and for hygiene reasons all items must be unopened. All returns must be returned with the invoice supplied. Refunds are only processed when the eBay claim has been resolved. To close a claim a reply must be sent to the email sent to yourself by eBay stating you sent the item back for a refund.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable in any case. We will not hold any responsibility for returned items lost in the post.
