About Refurbished Products
LuzernTech sells both "New" and "Refurbished" products.
Our refurbished products are fully and 100% functional and come with a warranty.
The Product is classified refurbished for one of the following reasons:
- The product was used as a display or demo product
- The original product packaging was damaged slightly
- The product was sold, the box was opened and the item was returned to its respective manufacturer
- The product had a minor fault which has since been fully repaired and re-tested
When LuzernTech receives these products we run the product through a full set of tests approved by the original manufacturer. The product is repaired, if required, cleaned and packaged up in neutral brown packaging.
