We pride ourselves in being honest and helpful. If you think you need an upgrade but are not sure which item is best suited for you, simply ask us and we will help as best we can. We are highly experienced in PC hardware for all kinds of uses, and know what is best suited for you and your PC requirements. We are not the kind of people who will recommend a £400+ ultra high end video card when you are simply going to be web browsing. We explain everything in plain English, avoiding the dreaded technical jargon so anyone can understand what we suggest and why we make that recommendation.... even if that recommendation is not to upgrade at all and save your money!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PAYPAL PAYMENTS

Having once again been the victim of PayPal's scamming and having them take money from my account for a transaction that was legitimate and provided proof of item delivery, i am no longer going to take risks when it comes to accepting payments. I now accept payment from fully verified PayPal account holders ONLY. I will also only send items to the address registered in PayPal. It only takes a few moments to verify your PayPal details, so there's no reason not to.

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO ACCEPTED PAYPAL PAYMENTS - FEBRUARY 2009

Starting immediately i will now only ship to the address that is registered with the Paypal account used to make the payment, even if that address is not the same as the one registered with the ebay account used. If there is an error in your Paypal address, check it before purchasing as i will only make one exception. That exception is if the parcel that is due to be sent is going by DHL and i am unable to book the delivery because there is an error in the post code in your Paypal registered address. If this should happen, you will have to alter the address with Paypal and then send a confirmation to me showing that the address is now not only correct but has been registered with Paypal. I will not dispatch goods until i have received this confirmation. This is the only exception to the rule of posting to the Paypal registered address, NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Finally, if your ebay rating is below 10 and your Paypal registered address is unconfirmed, you will have to go through my own address verification system. You will be asked to send me your mailing address, again it must be the one registered with the Paypal account used, through the ebay messenger system and also by email from the email address registered with Paypal. If your ebay registered email address is different to the one registered with Paypal, you will have to send me a third copy from that address also. No goods will be dispatched until i have received all copies of the address confirmation message from the sources indicated.

NVIDIA VIDEO CARDS:  There are delays on the GeForce GTX 295, GTX 285 (OEM version) and all GTX 275's video cards.

AMD/ATI VIDEO CARDS: There are delays on the Radeon HD 5870, Radeon HD 5850 and 1GB Radeon HD 5750 video cards.

AMD SOCKET AM3 MOTHERBOARDS: No delays.

AMD SOCKET AM2+ MOTHERBOARDS: No delays.

INTEL SOCKET 1156 MOTHERBOARDS: There are delays on the Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3, GA-P55A-UD4 & GA-P55A-UD5 boards.

INTEL SOCKET 1366 MOTHERBOARDS: There are delays on the Asus Rampage II Extreme board.

INTEL DUAL SOCKET 1366 MOTHERBOARDS: No delays.

INTEL SOCKET 775 MOTHERBOARDS: No delays.

AMD SOCKET AM3 PROCESSORS: There are delays on the Phenom II 965 Black Edition 125w C3 Revision, which also affects all bundles featuring this CPU.

AMD SOCKET AM2+ PROCESSORS: No delays.

INTEL SOCKET 775 PROCESSORS: There are delays on the Core 2 Duo E7400 (affects all socket 775 bundles).

INTEL SOCKET 1366 PROCESSORS: There are delays on the Xeon E5502, E5504 and E5506 CPU's.

SOLID STATE DRIVES (SSD): There are currently delays on the following SSD's: 
CORSAIR: Extreme X32 32gb SSD.
G.SKILL: Falcon 64gb & 256gb SSD's
PATRIOT: Torqx 128gb and Torqx M28 128gb SSD's.
SAMSUNG: PB22-J 64gb & 128gb SSD's.

SATA HARD DRIVES: There are delays on the Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB & Caviar Green WD20EADS 2TB drives.

SAS HARD DRIVES: There are delays on the Seagate 600gb SAS-2 drive.

MONITORS: There are delays on the Samsung 22"/Nvidia 3D Vision bundle.

COOLING: No delays.

SOUND CARDS: There are delays on the Asus Xonar D2 & D2X cards, the Creative Labs X-Fi Titanium & X-Fi Titanium Fatality Professional cards and on the Auzentech X-Fi Forte card.

POWER SUPPLIES: There are delays on the Corsair CMPSU TX750 750 watt PSU.

SOFTWARE: No delays.

PRE-ORDERS

When certain highly sought after items become available for PRE-ORDER, we will list them in our shop. The first line of the description will state that this item is a PRE-ORDER, and in case it's not easy enough to spot, it will be in bold text. Therefore, purchasing a PRE-ORDER is done on the understanding that at least the first 2-3 lines of the item description have been read and that you are aware that this particular item is a PRE-ORDER. Emailing me after purchasing and saying you didn't know it was a PRE-ORDER is not grounds for being refunded as the description makes it perfectly clear that it is. DO NOT PURCHASE A PRE-ORDER ITEM IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WAIT FOR IT TO BECOME AVAILABLE. If in doubt, try reading the description, there are too many people buying items without bothering to read any the description. One final thing, if a PRE-ORDER item does not state an ETA, it means i do not have one, so stop emailing me asking!

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

If my listing only shows postage information for Great Britain and Northern Ireland, then that means i do not ship it anywhere else. I would have thought this self explantory but the ridiculous number of emails i get asking if i will ship it to anywhere from Brazil to Madagascar obviously means it isn't as blindingly obvious as i thought.

If my listings state i will ship to the EU then on rare occasions i may be able to ship further afield. This is subject to conditions:

1. I will only ship items outside the EU to select countries. I will not ship to any African country other than South Africa.
2. Full shipping charges will apply, and will be higher than the EU charges stated in the listing.
3. Under no circumstances will i make a false customs declaration. I will give the full value and full item descriptions on all customs slips. It is illegal to give false customs information and asking me to do so will only ensure i will refuse to ship my item to you, whether i am able to or not.
4. I will not ship to the USA under any circumstances.
