The last posting date for United Kingdom and the Channel Islands via Royal Mail First Class is 21th December 2009
(Last orders by 21st December 2009 no later than 4pm please)

***Please note, all U.K orders received by 4pm on Monday 21th December will be posted via First Class delivery. Parcels posted by this time should reach you in time for Christmas but we cannot guarantee this, as once we post the items, they are obviously in the hands of Royal Mail.***

The last posting date for Europe via Royal Mail Airmail is 11th December 2009 (Last orders by 10th December 2009)
The last posting date for USA via Royal Mail Airmail is 10th December 2009 (Last orders by 9th December 2009)
The last posting date for AUSTRALIA via Royal Mail Airmail is 4th December 2009 (Last orders by 3rd December 2009)

Please remember to use the correct postcode when ordering an item, it will help your post get to the right place, faster.

Returning an item after Christmas

Any item purchased as a Christmas gift in December can be returned to us for an exchange or refund, as long as we receive it by Monday January 18th 2010 at the very latest.
The item must be unworn and still in brand new condition.
All items MUST be sent back to us via recorded delivery only and you MUST email us through eBay first, before sending your item back.
