Returns

We know that occasionally you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions on how to do so.

(1) First, you must have a unique Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain this number please call our Customer Services team on 0844 811 8114. We are open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

(2) Once you have obtained the number, write it along with your name and address in the areas provided on the returns form. Complete the Returns Form that came with your items, including the reasons why you are returning the product to us. If you have more than one item, please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the despatch note. Then post it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.

Returning by post

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.
You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.

Products can only be returned by post to the address below:

Croal Logistics Centre,
Internet Returns,
Croal Mill,
Blackshaw Lane,
Bolton,
BL3 5PL

Please note: Returns cannot be accepted without your valid Returns Authorisation Number on the label. A Returns Authorisation Number will only be issued if you contact the Customer Service Team within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Disposal of Waste Electrical Products

Each country in the EU is now required to minimise the disposal of unsorted waste electrical products and to achieve a high level of collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of such. We have contributed to a national fund to help local authorities upgrade their waste collection facilities. You can contribute too by taking any waste electrical products to your nearest participating site. To find your nearest site, please visit www.recycle-more.co.uk. It is important that any hazardous substances, contained in waste electrical products, are disposed of effectively to avoid danger to human health and damage to the environment. All new electrical products now carry a crossed out wheeled bin symbol indicating that, at the end of their life, they should be disposed of at an appropriate collection facility.
