Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange purchase for another size or item, we will exchange upon receipt of returned item. Customer is responsible in ensuring items are retuned to us and is responsible for all postage charges. Return postage must be enclosed with the item benig exchanged along with your name and address,invoice reference and ebay ID so we can quickly resend out a replacement item,
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please return in original packaging and bags/boxes and with all tags, stickers, etc still attached WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY of your order. Any items returned AFTER 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 5% restocking and admin fee, no exceptions. This will automatically be taken out of the refund for the item cost.
We do not accept ANY returns after 28 days of purchase we will only offer a credit note or an exchange for another item.
items returned without original packaging may be charged a repackaging cost. A refund will be issued upon recipt of returned item. Please note we will refund item cost in full minus postage.
Sellers must ensure enough time when ordering items as we cannot be held responsible for late items where enough time has not been allowed. We may charge a fee for accepting such items. if you wish an item to be sent urgently we recommend special delivery for guaranteed delivery. We do not refund postage costs. Please check item listing for return/exchange policy related to that item. Customer is responsible in ensuring items are retuned to us.
Refund will be paid to you in the manner in which we receive payment from you. Eg if you pay by paypal, we will refund via Paypal, cheque payments will be refunded by cheque.
Any item returned damaged, smelling, or worn will not be refunded.
Lost items
We are not responsible for items that are lost,delayed or damaged through the post, Royal Mail collect our items and once in their posession it is ultimately down to Royal Mail to deliver your parcel.
Please note due to a small minority of fraudulent claims of missing parcels, we now insist that the BUYER claims for missing items themselves by putting a claim in to Royal Mail. We do not undertake claims for missing post.
If items are lost in the post we will provide you with proof of postage and payment so that genuine customers with a genuine lost claim can proceed with the claim themselves. This is our lost item policy to help customers with their lost items through the post and we would appreciate it if you could please respect our lost item policy and process. Any customers rude or abusive will be reported to Ebay.
Royal Mail. Items are only deemed lost after 15 working days for UK after posting and 28 days for all other countries. Any requests for a immediate refund will be refused. We ask you respect our lost item policy.
