Welcome to the home of handmade soap.  Here at Little Lily's Delight we strive to provide an excellent standard, and all our soaps are made fresh to order, giving you the best products available. However please bare this in mind that it may take a couple of days for your order to be completed. If you have any questions please email us through "ask a seller" and we will be happy to help.

• Please bare in mind when leaving feedback that as soaps are made to order, it does take a few days to get your order completed and sent.
• I realise postage is due to be increased yet again, I have done all my postage on weight, actually weighed the products to guarantee the right price. However, if postage is less than charged, I will refund the difference.
• I always offer combined postage, please send me a total request and I will update the invoice.
• If you would like a different combination or quantity, please email me and I will give you a price for what you want and then once agreed I will list the item for you.
• As all soap is made to order, I do not usually offer returns, however if there is an issue, then please email me and I will accept the return within 14 days of postage. I will refund the ITEM only in the manner that was paid once the item has been received by me. All postage costs are NOT refunded.
