As regular shoppers online ourselves, we appreciate the value of impeccable customer service, accurate description and a prompt, well-packaged delivery. We therefore make the following commitments to all our customers:

• We will make every effort to describe each item accurately, noting all defects which might detract from the value of the item. Should any item nonetheless not prove to be as described, the item can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Please phone or e-mail us before returning any item. • All our prices are in British pounds. We are willing to provide currency conversions upon request. We use XE.com Personal Currency Assistant for providing an equal currency conversion for everybody.
  
  
• Currently payments are accepted through the E-Bay and Abebooks systems. We can, on request, accept Master and Visa Card payments over the telephone and Paypal payments. We also accept personal cheques from the United Kingdom only. We reserve the right to hold your order for postage, until your payment has cleared (cheques may take up to ten working days).
  
  
• Once payment has been received or has cleared, we will aim to get your item posted within 2/3 working days. You will be notified by e-mail of dispatch with an estimated time of delivery, and would appreciate if you would let us know that your order has arrived safely.
  
  
• Overseas postage is charged, by weight and is generally sent via Airmail unless otherwise informed. Costs can range from approximately £5.00 to Europe and £7.00 to the United States etc, depending on the size and weight of the item.
  
  
• We use only good quality materials and the utmost care when packaging our items to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
  
  
• In the unlikely event that your book does not arrive within 14 days, please feel free to contact us to chase up your order quoting as much information as possible, e.g. name, address and item title details.  As we always obtain a proof of posting, we are happy to investigate any non delivery and will co-operate fully to resolve any enquiry.
