OUR RETURNS POLICY
1. NOT AS DESCRIBED
If a buyer considers an item to be significantly not as described and/or photographed, we ask that they email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item, highlighting the discrepancy. If the item is shown to have been mis-described or photographed, we will refund the cost of the purchase price and postage costs in full. We may or may not require the item to be returned to us. If we do require the item to be returned (and received in the condition it left us) we will pay for the return postage.
2. DAMAGE
In the event of an item being damaged in transit, we will require photographs of the damaged item to be emailed. Where appropriate, we will replace the damaged item or part. When this is not possible, we will work with the buyer to determine a solution which could include, but is not restricted to, the cost of repair and/or a partial/full refund. If we request that the item be returned to us, we will pay the return postage.
3. BUYER CHANGE OF MIND (Auction Items)
In the case of a buyer not liking, or changing their mind about an auction item that was accurately described and photographed, that was not damaged and was not different in any respect to the description or photograph, we will refund the cost of the purchase when the item has been returned to us and received in the condition it left us. We will not refund the original postage cost or the return postage cost. The buyer should contact us within 2 days of delivery, and the item should be returned within 7 days of delivery.
4. BUYER CHANGE OF MIND (Fixed Price Items)
We require that the buyer notify us by email of their request to cancel the transaction within 7 days of the delivery of the item, and that the item be returned to us (in the original packaging) at the buyer's own cost. When the item is received by us, in the condition it left us, we will refund the buyer's payment including original postage costs.
