We reproduce here the section of our Terms & Conditions that relates to returns:

Returns
Many of the goods we sell and supply are reclaimed or salvaged and as such are individual items. It is important that you satisfy yourself that the condition, quality and function of the goods is suitable for the purpose and use required. If you are not sure then you must advise LRAC of this at the time of purchase. You will then have 7 days during which time you may return the goods for a full refund.

Items will only be considered for return if in the same condition, quality and quantity as first delivered.

Items will not be considered for return if they have been installed, used or altered in any way, shape or form.

Items are returned at the client's expense.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

New goods which prove to be faulty in manufacture will be replaced subject to such goods being returned in the same condition as delivered.

Consequential Loss
LRAC accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss or subsequent costs howsoever arising from the use of new or reclaimed materials supplied by LRAC.
