This policy is put in place to ensure our source of supply, and is the only way we can absolutely guarantee the authenticity of all our items in order to protect all our customers.

(1) Goods returned in original unopened, unused condition (Refund is not possible if the packaging of the actual item is not intact). (2) Goods must be returned within 7 days after the goods were delivered. (3) Buyer will be responsible for returning postage cost. (4) Original Postage and Packaging fee are not refundable. (5) An administration fee may apply if the item was offered with free postage. In those cases, please contact us for the exact amount of this fee prior to returning the item(s).
