•  POCA empowers law enforcement agencies to seize property from alleged offenders. Those convicted of such related offences and judged to have purchased goods with so called ‘ Dirty Money’ thereby creating this opportunity. 

• All items offered For Sale on this site are legitimate pre-purchased goods only the method of purchase was corrupt.  

• No stolen or found property will knowingly be offered for sale on this site.  

As a result of your responses to the above some recovered items are now made available to be purchased, the proceeds of which go back into the public purse to fund future prosecutions and benefit the community.
