Whenever possible and practical I use recycled paper, card, and packaging materials, and have been doing so since I started my business, over six years ago.

The new 'spotty' envelopes I have just started using for smaller items are made from 100% recycled paper, manufactured in the last working steam-powered paper mill in the UK!

... and they are really pretty too!

My parcels are taken to the Post Office by my husband on a daily basis - by foot and sack trolley!
