 | A: Our customer service and satisfaction, is of utmost importance to us. If you are anything less than delighted with any item for any reason, you can return it unused within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Exchanges: We are more than happy to exchange your purchase. The buyer is 100% responsible for all shipping costs incurred |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes we do combine shipping and it works quite simply. We combine the totals of any items bought within a 30 day period and reduce the cost to you. As every item is different (e.g. a pair of gloves is lighter than a pair of jeans) we cannot give exact reductions before we know what you are buying. We therefore reduce after the items have been bought |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: Well all items are shipped Monday to Friday. As soon as your payment is with us we will start the shipping process! We ship within 24 hours of the payment being received and uk delivery times take usually 48 hours, Europe 5-7 days and all international usually within 9 days.
Please not that these times can change due to weather conditions etc |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: Well we clearly indicate the prices for shipping and handling for every item on the auction page. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: We ship to anywhere in the world that you can access ebay. |
 | Q: Do you charge a restocking fee if I want a different size? |
 |
 | A: Yes we charge £2.00 for each item we handle as an exchange. This allows us to keep our prices down. |
 | Q: What happens If I want a size that you don't have on sale? |

 | A: If you are looking for a different size of an item that is not for sale you can ask us using the "ask the seller a question" feature. We will either list the size you require or order it in for you. |
 | Q: I have won an item but want it in a different size. What do i do? |

 | A: Now this is a tricky one so listen carefully. We will either charge you an extra £2.00 or charge you the same price as the item's winning price which ever is greater. So if you won a Small pair of gloves at £3.80 but you want the Large pair that sold closest to your finishing item time at £14.80 we will add £11.00 to your total due. |
 | Q: Can I pop round and try the item on first? |

 | A: Popping round for coffee is ok with us, but we do not hold any stock at our address. All our items are shipped from a warehouse on Merseyside. |
 | Q: Can I meet you at the warehouse? |
 |
 | A: No, the items are packaged by our agents and they don't offer coffee either. Unlike us! |
 | Q: Can I send you cash? |
 |
 | A: No, this against ebay rules for us to ask for cash and its a little risky also! |
 | Q: Do you accept international money orders? |
 |
 | A: Unfortunataly No, these are very expensive for us to cash and as we like to keep our prices low it's just not cost effective. |
 | Q: Can I send you a cheque in any currency? |
 |
 | A: We are sorry but we can only accept cheque payments in pounds sterling. |
 | Q: Can you repair items that I have damaged? |
 |
 | A: Yes we can repair damaged items but this can take a long time and is quite expensive. We would suggest you take your item to a local tailor. |
 | Q: Can you deliver to a different address? |
 |
 | A: Yes we can but you will need to change the details when you complete checkout. Please ensure you choose the correct shipping cost for us to send your item as you cannot pay for shipping within the UK and then expect us to send your item to Brazil! |
