Eligibility To Order:

To be eligible to purchase products from us you must:

Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.

Stipulate a delivery address in the UK except for Scottish Offshore (KW15-17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77-78, KA27-28, PH40, 42-44), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), IOM (IM), Eire and BFPO addresses.

Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.

Payment & Security Information:

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery (if any).

You confirm that the credit or debit card, or PayPal account, that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Delivery & Access Details:

Delivery is free (unless otherwise stated) anywhere in mainland UK except for the following postcodes; Devon & Cornwall (DT7, EX, PL, TQ, TR) , the Isle of Wight (PO30-41) or the Grampains & Highlands (AB, IV, KW, PA, PH 17-26, 30-35, 37-41).

Note: We do not deliver outside mainland UK including Scottish Offshore (KW15-17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77-78, KA27-28, PH40, 42-44), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), IOM (IM), Eire and BFPO addresses.

We only deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Your order will be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm unless you have paid for our premium delivery service.

Premium delivery service customers will receive an AM/PM time slot the evening before delivery plus a call upto an hour before delivery where possible. Please make sure we have the correct contact details as our carriers will attempt delivery even if they have been unable to reach you the evening before. Any failed delivery will incur a £60 failed delivery fee.

Your order will be delivered to your door unless you have paid for our premium delivery service. In which case your order will be delivered to your room of choice providing there is sufficient access.

Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the longest lead-time item.

It be necessary for you accept the first delivery date offered if we are to meet any specific delivery deadlines, such as Christmas.

Once a delivery date has been booked you must be able to take delivery on that day. Orders can be loaded on to the delivery vehicle up to 2 days before delivery and cannot be unloaded until all deliveries have been made. For this reason, any changes to delivery must reach us at least 3 working days before your planned delivery date otherwise there will be a £60 failed delivery fee payable before we can re-arrange delivery.

For security reasons a signature is required upon receipt of your order. If no one will be available to sign for your delivery please supply an alternative address.

If you are out when we attempt delivery your order will be returned to our warehouse and a £60 failed delivery fee will be payable before we can re-arrange delivery. If you decide to cancel the order instead of have your order re-delivered then the £60 fee will be deducted from your refund.

You must check there is suitable access to your delivery address and that we can deliver your item/s of furniture. This includes access and parking for a large delivery vehicle and access through your home to get your order into its intended room. Any refunds due to access and/or size issues will have a £60 failed delivery fee deducted.

Finally, we work hard to keep our delivery promises however delays can occur that are outside our control. Furniture Choice will not be liable for any late or missed delivery.

Product Damage or Loss:

You must note any packaging or product damage clearly on the delivery note as we cannot accept liability for any damage reported to us at a later date.

Damaged or faulty products will where ever possible be fixed by sending out a furniture restorer to your address.

Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you upon delivery.

Contract Cancellation:

We will make every effort to fulfil your order however we reserve the right to cancel at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party. The reason for a cancellation could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered not being available
  • Being unable to authorise your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria
You will be contacted as soon as possible if we have to cancel your order. We also reserve the right to refuse any transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Any sum paid will be refunded or re-credited to your account

Furniture Choice will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

Should you wish to cancel your order you must let us know at least 3 working days before your planned delivery date otherwise it may have already been dispatched and therefore incur a £60 failed delivery fee.

Returns & Refunds:

If you have paid for our premium delivery service you can return your item/s with the delivery driver for a full refund.

Alternatively you can let us know within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return your item/s. In this instance a collection will be arranged for the item/s to be returned to our warehouse.

Items must be returned are in their original packaging and in a perfect and saleable condition. You will then be refunded minus the £60 collection charge within 30 days.

Important: Sometimes our delivery drivers remove packaging in the lorry so we don’t bring in potentially dirty boxes. If you think you might return any item please be sure to ask for all the packaging.

Items returned to us without their original packaging or not in a perfect and saleable condition will not be refunded and you will be asked to collect from a designated warehouse.

Mattresses, pillows and sofa beds cannot be returned once they have been opened.

To avoid items being returned you must check there is suitable access to your delivery address and that we can deliver your item/s of furniture. This includes access and parking for a large delivery vehicle and access through your home to get your order into its intended room.

Any refunds due to access and/or size issues will have a £60 failed delivery fee deducted.

We will only attempt collection twice, both incurring a collection fee. After this we will not try again and you will no longer be entitled to a refund.

Please note that this returns & refunds policy does not apply to business customers.

Made To Order Items:

If you decided to cancel your made-to-order item for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We'll therefore charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price.

Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned.

Guarantees:

All our products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee unles otherwise stated. Clearence items that are sold as seen are not covered by any guarantee.

Personal Details:

To process your order we need to take some personal details such as your name and address. This information will not be used for any marketing purposes unless you state otherwise.

Content & Company Communications:

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices appearing in our listings and in company communications are correct. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission shall be subject to correction without liability.

Photographs are for illustrative purpose only and may not exactly match the product itself.

Copyright:

All content in our listings, including text and images, is protected by UK copyright law. Anyone found to be using this content without our express permission will be asked to remove it and could be prosecuted.

Miscellaneous:

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us and will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivering goods or any damage or defect in goods delivered which is caused by any event or circumstance which is beyond our reasonable control.
