Returns Policy!Opt for our premium delivery service and send it straight back for free
Check your furniture as soon as it arrives, in the unlikely event that there’s something wrong or if you just don’t like it, we’ll take it back and refund you in full.
Or return within 7 days for £60
Take up to 7 days to decide, retain the original packaging and if you’re still not convinced, call us and we’ll be back to pick it up. We will however, deduct the collection charge of £60 from your refund to cover our costs.
All we ask is that items are returned in perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging.
Why does it have to be returned in its original packaging?
Items must be returned in their original packaging so that they are protected during transportation and arrive back with us in perfect condition.
Important: Sometimes our delivery drivers remove packaging in the lorry so we don’t bring in potentially dirty boxes. If you think you might return any item please be sure to ask for all the packaging.
Mattresses, pillows and sofa beds are different
Mattresses, pillows and sofa beds are a bit different: nobody wants a used mattress or pillow so we can only accept returns if they are unopened.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If the packaging or furniture is damaged you must highlight this on the delivery note so we are aware that this has happened in transit.
You should also call or email us immediately so that we can resolve this for you.
Will it fit?
Getting the delivery right allows us to keep our costs down so we’re quite strict on this the number one reason furniture is returned is that we can’t get it in, so any returns due to inaccessibility will incur a £60 fee.
Please double-check furniture dimensions to ensure they will fit into your room. Common problems include narrow doorframes, awkward staircases or any right angle turns once inside the property.
Occasionally we have difficulty gaining access for our delivery lorry the rule of thumb is if your bin men can get a standard sized dustbin lorry to your door, we can deliver your furniture.
Cancelled, changed or missed deliveries
Our delivery lorries are loaded up to 2 days in advance so you can change delivery details up to 3 working days before, after that any changes will be £60.
Any missed deliveries will also be charged at £60.
