Delivery Information!Delivery is free for (almost) everyone
That’s no cost unless your postcode is in Devon & Cornwall (DT7, EX, PL, TQ, TR) , the Isle of Wight (PO31-41) or the Grampians & Highlands (AB, IV, KW, PA, PH 17-26, 30-35, 37-41)
In layman’s terms that means free unless you’re lucky enough to live one of these areas in which case its £10-£45 and may take slightly longer
We only deliver to mainland UK, unfortunately this excludes Scottish Offshore (KW15-17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77-78, KA27-28, PH40, 42-44), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), IOM (IM), Eire and BFPO addresses.
Or add £25 for our premium delivery service and get:
An AM/PM delivery window the evening before delivery
A call again up to an hour before delivery
Your furniture unpacked and assembled
All packaging removed
Plus the option to return your order with the driver for free
Arranging a delivery date and time
We’ll call you within 2-3 working days of placing your order to arrange your delivery date (we won’t just turn up at your door). If we’re waiting for stock we’ll call you as soon as it arrives.
We deliver Monday to Friday, but not on Bank Holidays.
We’ll deliver to your door any time between 7am and 7pm, unless you have chosen our premium delivery service in which case you will get an AM/PM delivery window the evening before delivery.
We try to be as flexible as possible but cannot guarantee specific days or times.
If in the unlikely event that an item will take longer than the specified time, we’ll contact you immediately.
Mattresses and pillows are made to order and sent directly from the manufacturer. Delivery is still free but they are sent separately from any other items and cannot be sent by our premium delivery service.
Cancelled, changed or missed deliveries
Our delivery lorries are loaded up to 2 days in advance so you can change delivery details up to 3 working days before, after that any changes will be £60.
Any missed deliveries will also be charged at £60.
Delivery day
We will deliver to your door any time between 7am and 7pm.
If you have upgraded to our premium delivery service we’ll call or text you the evening before with your AM/PM time slot and call again up to 1 hour before we arrive.
Please note that we always require a signature upon delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If the packaging or furniture is damaged you must highlight this on the delivery note so we are aware that this has happened in transit.
You should also call or email us immediately so that we can resolve this for you.
Will it fit?
Getting the delivery right allows us to keep our costs down so we’re quite strict on this the number one reason furniture is returned is that we can’t get it in, so any returns due to inaccessibility will incur a £60 fee.
Please double-check furniture dimensions to ensure they will fit into your room. Common problems include narrow doorframes, awkward staircases or any right angle turns once inside the property.
Occasionally we have difficulty gaining access for our delivery lorry the rule of thumb is if your bin men can get a standard sized dustbin lorry to your door, we can deliver your furniture.

We are open and honest
If things do go wrong, (and let’s be honest: occasionally things don’t go to plan snow and floods come to mind), Furniture Choice will not be liable for any late or missed deliveries, we will however, always act with openness, honesty, and keep you informed all the way.
