Cancellation Policy

In complaince with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

The customer has the right to cancel any order, the cooling off period is 7 days from the day after the ordering date. On cancellation of the contract, the customer is under a duty to return the goods at their own cost to LeSports and in the mean time must take good care of them.

Privacy Policy

The privacy of all our customers is extremely important to us. Therefore no personal information is sold, traded or given to any other company or party outside of LeSports. We do not store any financial details received over the phone, email or fax, in an encrypted file or other support.

Delivery Policy

Items to be delivered in the UK will be despatched via Royal Mail or Courier, depending on which service the Buyer chooses at Checkout. Please see below for the arrival times from when the order is placed:

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1 - 2 Working days

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3 - 5 Working days

Courier: Overnight

Items to be delivered Internationally will be despatched via Royal Mail Airmail. Please see below for the arrival times:

Europe: 3 – 7 Working Days

Rest Of World: 6 – 10 Working Days

Returns Policy

We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our site. You can claim a full refund (less P&P) on any unsoiled items returned to us within 14 days or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any item. Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when we have received the returned items. Items returned for Exchange must be accompanied by a return Postage and Packaging fee. On the rare occasion that we send the wrong item from the one which you ordered, we will refund all your postage incurred for the return.
