Q:What is your Return Policy?
A:We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our site. You can claim a full refund on any unsoiled items returned to us within 14 days or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any item. For all Returns, please fill in a LeSports Returns Form which you will receive with your order.Without a Returns Form we will not be able to process your refund/exchange.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes. You can combine the shipping so that you only pay one amount of postage. You will be sent an email with a link to the checkout after winning each item, so only click on the final checkout link to make sure you’re combining the shipping on all of your items.
Q:Do you have this item in another size or colour?
A:All of our stock is listed in our eBay shop. If you can't find the size, style, colour you are looking for, unfortunatly we currently do not have the item in stock. We are always adding new stock so please bookmark us and visit again soon.
Q:Are the goods 100% authentic?
A:All of our products are 100% authentic. We have been trading on eBay for a long time and have built up a high positive feedback score selling authentic quality products at fantastic prices.
Q:Can you end the auction early for a price?
A:No. This is against eBay policy and ours.
Q:Can you sell me the item outside of eBay?
A:No, we will never sell items outside of eBay as both buyer and seller would not be covered if anything went wrong. We are committed to eBay and have no intentions of changing the relationship.
Q: Why do I have to pay through an external checkout?

A:This is very difficult to answer as people of the same age can be of different size.
Q: How Long Will Delivery Take?
A:If your order is placed before 2pm Mon-Fri, it will be despatched the same day. Orders going to the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class will take 1-2 Working Days, Royal Mail 2nd Class will take 3-5 Working Days and DPD Couriers will be Next Working Day. Orders going Internationally by Royal Mail Airmail will take 5-7 Working Days, Royal Mail International Signed For will take 3-5 Working Days. Please note that these delivery times are approximations.
