If you take  jewellery to any working jeweller for an opinion and his opinion is that it is misrepresented we request that the jeweller puts his comments in writing as refunds will not be given on another jewellers verbal opinion without written documentation.

We do believe our prices are fair to our customers and reasonable for trade to resell with margin, if you take the items to a jeweller for an appraisal please ask for a written valuation not a price that he is willing to buy the items off you, there is a considerable difference, you may be charged a fee, we offer this service free.

Unless otherwise stated, any colour assesments attributed to Diamonds and coloured gemstones have been determined without unsetting the stones and are, therefore, to be considered only as an approximate due to limitations imposed by the mount.

Unfortunately due to previous attempts to defraud us we do NOT Participate in any escrow services, nor do we ship to Indonesia
