Price

The price of our goods is set out on this site and on confirmation of the order .

Price is in Pounds Sterling (Great Britain)

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers.

Retention of Title

The goods delivered remain the property of Lake Renewable Energy Systems until full payment has been received.

Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hrs of receipt.

Allow up to 10/14 working days for goods dispatched directly from the manufacturer.

During busy times of the year orders may take a little longer than the above stated dispatch times , in these circumstances Lake enewable Energy will contact you to confirm expect delivery time.

Cancellation Rights

You may withdraw from the sale within 7 days without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation in writing (letter or e-mail)

If you cancel your order you must take care of the goods and return them to us at your own expense by recorded delivery within 7 days of cancelling the order.

You will be liable for the cost of repairing any damage to the goods whilst in your possession.

Lake Renewable will not refund postage costs of returned goods. 

Damage / Faulty goods on delivery

You should examine the goods upon your receipt of them, if the goods are damaged or faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with full return details.

Product Warranty

All of our goods have a manufacturer's supported warranty, should your product fail within the manufacturers warranty period you must notify us at customerservice@lake-renewable-energy.com  we will provide you with full return details.

Extent of Liability

We make every effort to ensure that the good advertised for sale are described accurately.

The description of the goods on the website does not form part of the contract between the customer and lake renewable energy systems. 

You the customer should ensure that the goods purchased from lake renewable energy system are suitable for there intended purpose
