 | A: Faulty items can be returned within 14 days for replacement or refund.
In most cases user error is the reason for operational errors and we will always work with you via email to correct any problems. If all avenues have been exhausted and the goods appear to be faulty you may return them for replacement or repair. |

 | A: Yes, you pay the highest postage for any single item and then just 99p for every additional item. If you should ever have a problem when checking out, just drop us a line and we will send you a proper invoice for your goods including the discounted postage. |

 | A: Most orders arrive next day (within standard postal delivery days). If you require guaranteed next day delivery we also offer this service on many items when you checkout. Always check each specific item to see which postal options are available.
