Fraud
We have a 100% record in combatting fraud. We will refuse to supply goods at any time we suspect fraud. We will also pass on any details relating to fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities. We are not passive when it comes to fraud and will pursue these matters through the criminal courts. We reserve the right to refuse the supply of goods or services at our discretion.

Prices
The prices quoted already include VAT at the current rate.

Ways of paying
We accept all the major credit/debit cards online via our secure online Merchants - Paypal.

Delivery Schedules
We deliver to UK and Europe. UK delivery is typically next day and we dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery to Europe typically takes 2-5 days from dispatch. Goods normally require a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for dealing with the courier for re-organising delivery.

Faulty Goods & Refunds
Any faulty goods must be reported within 7 days for a full refund. Any faults reported after this time will be fixed or replaced at our discretion. All refunds will be given in reasonable time and no longer than 30 days from the date the refund is confirmed unless matters are out of our control - for instance where our merchant provider has suspected fraudulent usage. This does not affect your statutory rights. See our returns policy for more information.

Cancellation
Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. Goods must be intact and unused in their original sealed packaging and condition. We must be contacted within 7 days by email for this. The customer is responsible for the costs in returning goods and their safe transit to us.

Guarantees
All equipment sold is covered by the manufacturer's 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated. All guarantees are subject to manufacturer's conditions. Any faulty goods can only be returned with a Returns authorisation number. If you suspect an item is faulty contact us first so we can evaluate the problem. If the fault is confirmed then we will issue a Returns Number. All faulty goods returned are at customer's cost. We advise that goods are returned via an insured service as customers remain responsible for goods in transit to us for damage and loss. Please ensure that you do not overlook any obvious reasons why the item may not work e.g. faulty mains socket etc. before you return the item as goods found to be fully working may be charged for.

Unsolicited e-mail /Data protection and privacy
We will not send random and untargeted unsolicited e-mail. We will also never disclose your email to any third parties outside our company.

We use a secure server for receiving payments via our merchant provider - Paypal

We meet our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force including:
