Stock
My stock is under constant revision as I trade at craft fairs and summer fairs etc: Please refer to  site for latest product information. I shall always try to list only the items I have in stock - to ensure speedy delivery of your item.
If you do order an item that is out of stock I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives
I will update shop as soon as possible for any out of stock items.

Payment
I accept payment by paypal (preferred method for quick delivery) or sterling cheques/postal orders these should be made payable to:  JUNE CARR

Your order will be sent when funds are cleared.(dont forget to include postage)

Postage
Postage is an additional charge. The cost of postage in the UK is FREE if your order is £100 or more. Below this amount, the postage is standard postage rates according to weight of package.  Overseas orders - please contact first for postage rates,goods will be sent using airmail. Please note:overseas orders you are responsible for any duties or taxes on the goods.
Postage is non-refundable.

Returns
I always try to ensure that all items are of the highest quality.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase I will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the item(s).
They must be returned in an original  condition. I would appreciate an email first stating why you are returning the item.
All refunds will be made via the method you paid for it. You must return the item by the method you received it, ie recorded delivery. I cannot accept responsibility for an item until it is signed for.
Postage/packaging fees are not refundable.
