Shipping And Handling

UK shipping is included and international shipping is £6.50.

Delivery

We deliver your order right away. We will normally ship UK orders to you the same business day. International orders are generally shipped the same day if received before noon.
You must inform us within 24hrs if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Any claims received after 24hrs will be refused.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

VAT

Tax charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.50% VAT is added. This is included in the ebay price you pay.

Warranty

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 90 day warranty.

Accupart Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

All products returned must have a valid RMA number and a detailed description of the fault.
Please contact us on rma@accupart.co.uk for a RMA number.

Please Note:

The RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Any courier damaged product must be notified within 24 hours.
Any parts returned without a fault will be liable to a restock fee.
All warranty is return to base and Accupart are not liable for any damages incurred whilst returning parts.
