All items we sell include the relevant Rover part number (this is for reference purposes only).

We are also mail order only.

Collections/storage information:

We are happy for customers to collect items from us (collection must be arranged by appointment).

Collections must be made within 7 days of purchase/winning unless pre-arranged with us.

Collections are to made in our business hours only (see above for opening times) or Saturday's by appointment. 24 hours notice must be given in all cases.

Returns policy:

We offer a 7 day return. If we have mis-described an item or you haven't received the item you purchased, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Please then simply return the item to us within 7 days in the condition it was received in.

**All returns must include the packing slip that was included with your parcel**

All returned parts that were correctly supplied by us will incur a 10% handling charge and we regret we cannot refund postage costs in these cases.

P&P includes materials, shipping costs and VAT

We offer a set rate for multiple purchase, please click the Shipping costs SPECIAL OFFERS link for more details.

If you have already made payment for your multiple purchases, we then cannot give a discount.

UK shipping:

We use Royal Mail 1st class and Parcel Force. All listed items include the P&P costs upfront. For large multiple purchases we offer a set shipping rate of £9.99 sent Parcel Force up to 30 kilos (some post code restrictions apply for Scottish Borders, Northern Ireland etc., so please contact if unsure).

Europe shipping:

We use Royal Mail Airmail for parcels up to 2 kilos. Most of our listings include the shipping costs upfront. Parcels weighing over 2 kilos are sent with Parcel Force – tracked and insured. We do offer a set rate to Europe for up to 30 kilos (prices vary depending on destination so please contact us for details).

Outside Europe (USA, Canada, Australia etc.):

We use Royal Mail Airmail for parcels up to 2 kilos. Most of our listings include the shipping costs upfront. Parcels weighing over 2 kilos are sent with Parcel Force International – tracked and insured. Please contact us for shipping costs.

Shipping details:

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days following PayPal payments (usually much quicker!)

Please allow us extra dispatch time in dealing with multiple orders.

If you haven't received your item in 7 working days following dispatch, please contact us. It could be that your parcel is waiting for your collection at your Post Office, so please check with them also just in case. Royal Mail allow 15 working days for an item to be classed as 'lost in post', but we will do all we can in these cases, so do please contact us.

You will receive an end of auction email from us listing your purchase details. Please make payment within 7 days. Please do not purchase an item unless you're going to pay

We also let you know when you're item has been dispatched, so please check your emails.

Feedback is a big part of eBay and our own customer relations. We leave feedback upon receipt of the buyers.
