| Q:What is 'L. R. Series'? |

| A:We have over 25 years experience in the Land Rover trade. We are a small family run business specialising in gearbox, axle, transmission spares and major units.
We also have large stocks of all spares relating to the Land Rover range of vehicles from 1948 to present day; including Freelander, Discovery, Range Rover, Defender etc. |
| Q:How do i get my shipping discount? |

| A:Simply purchase any items you want, then DON'T PAY! Ask us for a combined invoice and we will send you an invoice which will include your shipping discount and you will be able to then make payment - using PayPal or by calling us with your card details. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:More often than not, items are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (sometimes same day if payment is before 3 pm).
However, occasionally we need extra time in dealing with orders, especially multiple orders.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 - 3 working days. |
| Q:How much is the Postage & Packing charge? |
|
| A:All our items list P&P costs upfront, so you know what the prices are before commiting to buy.
We list prices for UK, Europe & rest of the world (where applicable).
Once again, we keep our prices as low as possible.
We also ship parts worldwide (please contact us if the item itself doesn't list this). |
| Q:How do i pay? |

| A:We accept payment by PayPal (using your credit/debit card).
We also accept payment via telephone (business hours only) using your credit card. Simply purchase the part you want, then call us - easy!
From overseas buyers, payment is to be made by PayPal. |
| Q:How do i contact you? |

| A:You can contact us via email using the 'Ask seller a question' form on each item listing.
You can also contact us by telephone or fax (details on our home page or click the 'contact us' link. |
| Q:Can i come and collect? |
|
| A:Yes, you can. Collections are to be made in our business hours only (see above for opening times) or Saturday's by appointment. 24 hours notice must be given in all cases. Items are to be collected within 7 days of purchase (unless pre-arranged). |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:If we have mis-described an item or you haven't received the item you purchased, please contact us and then return it to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
If you have purchased the wrong item, we are happy for you to return it to us (again within 7 days) and we can refund (less 10%) or exchange - please simply let us know. |

| A:Yes, we are VAT registered. All our items are listed with the VAT price included.

| Q:Are you just an 'eBay' company? |
|
| A:No, we're not. We also have our own website located at: www.lrseries.com and we have millions of parts listed through our site. Our eBay shop is only a small selection of our stock.
We aim to not be beaten on service, choice or quality of parts. |
| Q:Do the parts include a warranty? |
|
| A:Yes, of course. All parts include the standard manufacturer warranty. If your part is faulty, return it to us and we will replace it and send the faulty part back to the manufacturer.
All returns must include the packing slip that is included with your order on dispatch. |
| Q:Why is the handling time 2 - 3 working days? |
|
| A:Purely to allow us time to process your order. More often than not we dispatch within 24 hours, we just say to allow 2 - 3 working days just in case we need the extra time.
