Payment
PayPal is our preferred payment method and we are
happy to accept Credit or Debit cards directly via WorldPay (Royal Bank of
Scotland). Details of how to pay will be included in the emails you
receive when you make a purchase. No other forms of payment are accepted.
To help with the smooth running of the site we participate
in the eBay non paying bidder (NPB) process. Any purchase made but not paid
for or cancelled within 7 days will be subject to the NPB process without
exception.
Shipping
Standard Shipping
Items are usually dispatched
the same or next working day (Mon-Fri) by Royal Mail by 2nd class post or parcel. We can only ship to normal UK addresses
with a valid postcode (see our Postage and Packing page).
Need it Fast?
Optional 1st class post is available on selected items, check the listing for details.
Heavy Items
A courier service is normally used for heavy items and due to cost issues delivery is only possible to the couriers normal mainland UK destinations which excludes Highlands, Islands and other remote areas.
Terms of Sale
All goods are new and unused unless otherwise stated.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Virtually all deliveries are trouble free but if you should have any trouble please read the notes below.
Non-Delivery
Most items are sent Royal Mail and their policy is that no claim for loss will be considered until 14 days after posting so please be patient as we are unable to launch any investigation with the Royal Mail until after this time.
Goods Damaged in the Post
If the goods or package arrives damaged please notify us immediately and retain all packaging as this may be required for investigation by Royal Mail when a claim is made.
Courier and Signed For Deliveries
Some items will be shipped by courier or a signed-for Royal Mail service. In these instances you are responsible for ensuring someone will be available to sign for the delivery. With such deliveries a specific date or time cannot be arranged due to the carriers method of operation. If the item is returned to us undeliverable you will be responsible for our costs and a further payment will be due before re-delivery will be attempted.
Faulty Goods
If the supplied goods are faulty we will replace or refund at our discretion. In some cases we may ask you to return the goods to us, if we do then we will pay for the return postage.
Changed Your Mind?
You are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations and we give you 7 days following the day received to change your mind about your purchase. If you change your mind please let us know and then return the goods when asked. You are responsible for the goods until they are returned to us safely. The goods must be unopened, unused and undamaged. We will refund the cost of the goods only, you are responsible for the return postage and our original postage costs.

Manufacturers sometimes vary the colour of items and the supplied item may vary in colour from that shown but is otherwise to the same specification.
