benefits we obtain from bulk postings with the Royal Mail are passed on to our
customers in the form of lower prices, bringing
value for money and fast delivery within reach of everyone.
No Surcharges for UK Addresses
Our preferred delivery partner is Royal Mail. They provide a fantastic service
(most of the time!) and offer buyers many advantages over other delivery methods.
- Covers the entire UK.
- No surcharges, great news for residents of NI, Scotland and Highlands &
Islands.
- Choice of 1st Class for speed or 2nd Class for economy.
- Redelivery can be arranged if you were out, just contact local delivery
office.
- Large network of collection offices if you need to pick up.
- Reliable delivery (very few problems experienced regardless of what you
read in the papers).
Free Post
All our eBay items include free post and most include a low cost option to
upgrade to 1st Class Post if you need to receive your order even faster. Due to
eBay restrictions on discounts, free post listings are not eligible for combined postage
and there is no discount available for multiple or combined purchases. Please
don't purchase and then ask for a discount as there are no exceptions to this
rule.
Order Limits
In order to offer our highly cost effective postage solution we limit orders to a maximum of 5kg in
weight and £36.00 in value. Certain destinations have a 2kg weight limit including
the Isle of Man.
Delivery Restrictions
We are happy to post to all UK addresses that have a valid postcode.
We cannot post to the following destinations:
- Channel Islands (not actually a part of the UK)
- BFPO Addresses (we do not obtain any postage discount for these
destinations and so we cannot offer our great low cost service)
- European Union
- Rest of World
