Do you combine postage?
Yes. We charge the postage cost which is highest on your first item, and 50p postage for each additional item. If you spend over £40 your order will be eligible for free delivery. If you wish to receive combined postage please ensure that you send one payment for all of your items when you have finished shopping. Sending payment for individual items will not trigger a postage discount.

How long does delivery take?
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post. The majority of items arrive within 1 - 3 working days of dispatch.

International orders are sent by Airmail. The majority of items arrive at European destinations within 5 working days of dispatch and worldwide destinations within 10 working days of dispatch.

How will my order be packaged?
Orders are sent in plain packaging, with only a return address displayed. Our company name will not be visible on your package.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. All of our products are available for worldwide shipping. We are required by law to declare the value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the European Union. These packages may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach your country. Unfortunately we have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance and these must be borne by you. The contents of your package will be marked as "clothing" on customs labels.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal, Cheque and Postal Order are all accepted as methods of payment for UK customers. Paypal is the only accepted method of payment for international customers.

Who do I make my cheque / postal order payable to?
Please make cheques and postal orders payable to 'KnickersBoxersGlory' and ensure that your eBay username and item number(s) are written on the reverse.

Why is my Paypal payment not being accepted?
Please check that any credit and debit cards linked to your Paypal account have not expired as this is the most common reason why payments are unsuccessful. If you continue to experience problems please contact Paypal, as they can access your account and identify the specific problem.

What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return an item please contact us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us unworn, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact, within 14 days for an exchange (subject to availability) or refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs.

Faulty Items

If your item has a manufacturing fault, simply return it to us unworn, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact, within 14 days for an exchange (subject to availability) or refund. We will refund any postage costs that you incur when returning the item to us.

Exclusions

Certain products are excluded from our returns policy. Please see individual listings for details. Hosiery cannot be returned unless in original sealed packaging.

Do you have this item in a different size?
You can find all of our items which are currently available listed in our store. If you cannot find what you are looking for the item may not be available in a your size or may be temporarily out of stock. Our listings are updated regularly, so please check back soon.

How accurate is your sizing?
All sizes displayed in our listings are those provided by the manufacturers. As with most clothing there will be some variation between brands.

Yes. All products displayed in our listings are shown in UK sizes. The charts below show the equivalent sizes for customers outside the UK. This is for guidance only, as there is often some variation between our brands.
