Payment
 1. Please make payment must be made within 3 days of purchasing unless you have contacted us prior to bidding
 2. A reminder will be sent on day 3 and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened on day 7.

 Shipping
 1. Small items under 2kg - 4kg are usually delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Standard Parcels
 2. Items over 4kg or larger boxes are sent via courier and require a signature.
 3. Collection is possible on 99% of the items prior communication before you bid is essential.
 4. We always post within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
 5. If items are lost in the post we will investigate and claim with Royal Mail
 6. A replacement will then be offered or a refund
 
 Returns Policy
 1. As British law states we offer all of our customers a 14 day returns policy.
 2. Please notify us by before returning any items.
 3. If for any reason your not happy with your item please return in the original condition and packaging for a replacement or refund
 4. Postage costs are at ALL times buyers responsibility and this will be deducted from refund amount unless an error on our part has occurred
