What’s your delivery policy?

We aim to send out your order as soon as possible; usually if you order before 3pm that means you’ll receive your item the next day. we send out items using Royal Mail first class which is very reliable. However, if you run into problems please contact us on ebay@pointsetdigital.co.uk


How about returns?

Our returns policy is (we hope) relatively straight-forward. There’s a 7-day period in which you can return the goods for a refund if you are dissatisfied. So long as the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out, we can provide a refund. Please contact ebay@pointsetdigital.co.uk
