Goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment (cheques require up to 5 working days to clear).

| Non Receipt |
Royal Mail. Please allow a sensible time lapse before telephoning to enquire about non delivery. Goods sent by Royal Mail should normally arrive 2-3 days after payment. Before telephoning us please contact your local Post Office, as the most common reason for non receipt is that they are holding the parcel because they were unable to deliver it. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days have elapsed from postage.
Parcelforce . Goods should arrive in 2 - 3 days from cleared payment (weekends excluded).

Kettering Koi & ponds Ltd. operate a 7 day money back refund on the purchase price of all goods providing that,
- Goods are returned in perfect and unused condition, in their original packaging.
- The purchaser ensures that the goods are securely and adequately packed to avoid damage.
- The purchaser pays all postage costs.
We recommend that you return products by recorded delivery or by carrier that requires a signature. Kettering Koi & ponds Ltd., accepts no responsibility for goods returned to us that are not received unless signed proof of delivery can be provided. On safe return of the product the purchase price of the goods excluding any post and packing charges will be refunded. Returned auctioned items will be subject to an additional 10% handling fee. |
