| A:If you have any problem with your product, please send us an e-mail. We will of course fully refund you when we receive your faulty product. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We'll send your order the same day or the day after you've paid. So your order should arrive at most 3 days later. |
| Q:Should I choose an IDE or SATA drive ? |

| A:If your computer is new (1 year old), you have to choose a SATA drive. If you don't know, check the spec of your other drives and choose the same. |
| Q:Are the hard drives compatible with a laptop ? |
|
| A:Hard drives for laptop must be 2.5". Hard drives for desktop computer are usually 3.5". |
| Q:Do you send an invoice ? |

| A:Yes, if you don't receive one, just ask us for one. |
| Q:Shipping to another address ? |
|
| A:Yes, please tell us soon which other address you want your order to be delivered to. |
| Q:Is it possible to use a payment method other than paypal ? |

| A:No, we only accept Paypal, it's very secure. Also, you won't be charged and will never have to enter your credit card number. |
| Q:Do you ship to Scotland or Ireland? |
|
| A:We do not ship any media larger than 50 discs to Scotland or Ireland. We are able to use Royal Mail to ship this.
