Do you combine postage if I buy more than one item?
Yes. Our postage and packaging costs are automatically adjusted for multiple purchases via the Ebay checkout.
The UK P&P cost for most buttons for example is £0.80p, and 5p per additional item purchased. This includes padded envelope, contents packaging (card, bag or tissue paper), printed label & invoice and actual postage costs - all our items except single packs of papers are classed as Large Letters or packets by Royal Mail size guidelines and are priced as such.
We do not send our International Mail items via Airmail letter rate as this is against their package content guidelines.
I am still browsing through your other items, is it ok to wait to pay?
Yes, of course. Please do make use of our combined postage discounts and get all your items sent together in one package.
** Please be aware that Ebay have now automated several emails that will be sent to you at different times throughout your transaction. **
At this time sellers have no option as to whether these emails get sent to you, nor can we amend the wording within them.
You will receive an automated payment reminder from Ebay 48 hours after purchase if your payment has not been received. Sellers have been assured by Ebay staff that these reminders will not be sent to buyers who are paying for their transactions by cheque, postal order or bank transfer if checkout has been completed.
We apologise for these unwarranted messages. Our feelings have been made clear to staff within Ebay but at present there is no indication that this process will be removed or altered.
I am in a hurry for my items, can you post them today?
Our packages are collected every weekday at 2pm, from there is it in the hands of the Royal Mail - you can request Next Day Special Delivery if you like, but this is very costly and more often than not your parcel will arrive the next day anyway if you are in mainland UK.
This of course does change during Royal Mails busy periods and Bank Holidays when there may be a slight delay in your purchases reaching you.
We do not dispatch items on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you split your button/charm packets?
We no longer split our items as they are all pre-packaged by the manufacturer, and once split we cannot resell them.
This is entirely due to Ebay no longer allowing business sellers to sell items for less than 99p via the Buy it Now option.
