KOALA PRODUCTS accepts PayPal - Postal orders - and cheque. If paying by cheque please make payable to KOALA PRODUCTS (min spend £10 for cheques). Goods will be dispatched once cheque has cleared (usually 7 working days) All other payment methods goods are dispatched next working day. Please allow 1-7 working days for delivery. KOALA PRODUCTS ships large items via couriers (CITY LINK & DHL) Please note that drivers require a signature to deliver. Smaller items are sent via royal mail(NOTICE we will not be held responsible for any orders lost whilst in poccession of ROYAL MAIL(receipts are kept for any claims on request).
