We accept

For International Buyers we accept ONLY PAYPAL OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

We request payment within 7 days of purchase or end of auction listing.

We know that the majority of our buyers pay almost immediately and we thank them for this.

All we ask is that if there is a problem that we are kept informed – ie paypal verification or lost cards etc.

In the rare case of non payment - Sellers pay fees to list items and also once an item is purchased or won whether or not the item is paid for.

If payment is not received an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened to allow us to communicate with the buyers. If payment is still not received within 7 days of the dispute opening – the dispute will be closed to reclaim fees and release the item to be relisted - a strike will be issued to the non-paying buyers account by eBay.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges of size are very easy to arrange - find the replacement item in the correct size and purchase it. Then follow the RETURNS PROCEDURE to get a refund for the original pair.

RETURN POLICY

Buyers can return items for a refund within 14 days if they are unsuitable for any reason – as long as the items are in unworn condition (except for trying on carpeted surfaces) in original box with all internal packaging. Buyers are to pay Return Postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

Feedback policy

We leave feedback upon successful conclusion of the transaction.

This point is usually when feedback has been left to indicate that the item has been received and is suitable (ie not needing exchange or return) We believe this is the natural conclusion to the sale.
