We normally despatch within 5 working days for made to measure blinds and 3 working days for DIY blinds. This is from the first full day after we receive your order form or complete order. In very rare circumstances there may be a delay, this could be due to stock shortage, staff or machinery problems or parcel company problems. This is very rare but as a result we do ask to allow up to 10 working days. If at any time you wish to contact us then please do so using the "contact seller" button or telephone us on 01744 818200 during office hours. This is much quicker than emailing us. Remember that we are a genuine business and therefore we are only available to answer your queries Mon - Fri 9- 5 and Saturday 10 - 2
We have only had to state this information as one customer didn't receive an reply to an email that was sent over a weekend until the Monday morning and so left us bad feedback as we had "slow communication" please check out all our other feedback to get an accurate picture of just how many very satisfied customers we have.
