We normally despatch within 5 working days for made to measure blinds and 3 working days for DIY blinds. This is from the first full day after we receive your order form or complete order. In very rare circumstances there may be a delay, this could be due to stock shortage, staff or machinery problems or parcel company problems. This is very rare but as a result we do ask to allow up to 10 working days.
