Delivery for larger/heavier items is as per the ebay listings. If buying several items, we still suggest you request total from seller, as ebay seems unable to calculate combined shipping costs correctly.

Pay Pal      Paypal accepted on all items.
For orders less than £15 in value we only accept paypal, this is due to high administrative costs involved in processing orders of small value. Paypal payments are processed automatically using the two digit alphanumeric code on our listing. This saves us considerable time and effort, allowing us to supply you with products at competitive prices.
Postal Orders and cheques accepted on orders greater than £15 in value.
We can accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone. Minimum transaction value for card payment is £30. The sales office number is 02380-634120 and we are normally open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

WorldWide: Small items (under 500g in weight) can be shipped anywhere in the world. We have found that items that are heavier than this are simply not financially viable to ship abroad due to the cost of postage. We can post via standard Airmail, or if insurance is required via International Signed For at additional cost of £3.50.
United Kingdom:
Courier Delivery - Advertised delivery charges are for mainland UK only. N.Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and some Areas of Scotland incur a surcharge. Please email us for a quote for delivery before purchasing if you do not live on the Mainland.
Royal Mail Delivery - Royal mail delivery cost is the same anywhere in the UK. Our standard service is 1st Class recorded delivery, and is the default option on most of our listings as we have found this the most reliable service.

Unless otherwise stated the buyer pays for delivery. The prices listed for delivery are a combined cost for postage, packaging and handling, and is calculated to cover all costs incurred. There are sometimes savings available for combined purchases. If you have bought several items, and are unsure of postage costs, please request the total before checking out and we will calculate this for you.
If the combined postage cost for cables and other sall items exceeeds £8.00, then we can ship your order via next day courier service for the fixed price of £8.00

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL- As an responsible online trader we conform to the distance selling regulations. If you are in any way unhappy with you purchases you may change your mind within 7 days of purchase, and return an item for refund providing it remains in new and unused condition. The return postage costs are at the buyer's expense, and we will refund the item value only (there is no refund available for delivery costs). The item MUST be returned in a resellable condition, and no refunds will be made until the item has been received by us in satisfactory condition. You MUST inform us within 7 days or receipt of your goods that you wish to cancel the purchase, and the item must be returned to us within 7 days of your notification to us of your intent to cancel the purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the item arrives with us safely. Providing you inform us promptly, and agree to cancel the sale within ebay so that we can have our ebay fees refunded, we will still leave positive feedback even if you cancel your sale.
WARRANTY - All new products are sold with 12 month RTB (return to base) warranty. If your purchase should develop a fault within 12 months you must first contact us for advice, we will then inform you if you should return the item to us, direct to the manufacturer, or to a manufacturer's repair agent. Providing the fault has not been caused by misuse or abuse the item will be repaired or replaced and returned to you. If the fault occurs within 14 days of receipt of the item, we will arrange a replacement to be shipped out to you, and either collect the faulty item, or pay for you to return the faulty item to us.
