 | | If you are buying multiple small items from our shop we can normally ship them together for a maximum charge of £8.00 for locations within Mainland UK. Please request total from seller BEFORE completing checkout.
Delivery for larger/heavier items is as per the ebay listings. If buying several items, we still suggest you request total from seller, as ebay seems unable to calculate combined shipping costs correctly.
You should check all items as soon as you receive them. and inform us immediately if there is any damage caused in transit. |

ROYAL MAIL POST TO UK
We post every day, and aim to get all orders sent out within one working day. We now send virtually EVERYTHING by recorded delivery to avoid disputes regarding items not having been received. If you are not home Royal Mail will leave a card, and you should collect from Royal Mail within 7 days. If you do not collect your package it gets returned to us automatically. Royal Mail's system means that undelivered mail can take 2 months to get back to us, so it's best to collect it as soon as possible. You may find it easier to specify a work address if you are not normally home when the postman delivers. We keep records of tracking numbers, and are able to provide these on request.
You should update your paypal account to include any different delivery addressses you require, we use an automated processing system, which uses the address specified with the paypal payment for delivery. If you email us requesting a different delivery address after making payment it is unlikely any additional address information will be received in time for us to change it.

INTERNATIONAL POST
We send international post every 2-3 days, once enough post has accumulated to make a worthwhile journey to the post office.
We keep a proof of posting for EVERYTHING that gets sent outside the UK. For higher value items we recommend insuring your purchase. This is at an additional cost of £3.50 for international signed for service.
International post can take 2 or more weeks to arrive, please dont email us a few days after your purchase telling us it hasnt arrived and threatening to take action, we cant do anything about it, you just need to be patient.

DELIVERY BY COURIER
All the delivery prices are for UK mainland ONLY. The Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands ARE NOT UK MAINLAND! These locations are more expensive to deliver to and we suggest you contact us to obtain delivery prices before commiting to a purchase. We use ANC and City Link to make our deliveries.
ANC/City Link will make ONE delivery attempt only - we will normally email you on the day we ship your item, delivery will be made the next working day. If you are not normally home please nominate a neighbour to receive your parcel, or specify a work address. YOU MUST INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR PAYMENT - if you supply this information separately we can not guarantee to process it as our office often has 3 or 4 staff working on several different computer - the delivery information MUST be included with payment to ensure smooth processing of your order. If there is nobody available to receive your parcel, it will get returned to the ANC/City Link depot, from where you will have to collect it. If you fail to collect your parcel within FOUR WORKING DAYS, it will be returned to us automatically incurring a £15 handling charge. ANC/City Link now use electronic logging systems to verify delivery attempts have been made, and we can provide consignment numbers for online tracking if required.
YOU MUST CHECK YOUR PACKAGE ON RECEIPT - IF THERE IS ANY SIGN OF DAMAGE POINT THIS OUT TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER AND MARK THIS ON THE DELIVERY NOTE. IF YOU SIGN FOR IT AS HAVING BEEN RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION THEN IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND WE WILL BE UNABLE TO MAKE CLAIMS FOR ANY DAMAGE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CHECK, ASSUME IT HAD BEEN DAMAGED AND WRITE 'DAMAGED' NEXT TO YOUR SIGNATURE AND CROSS OUT 'RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION'.
YOU MUST NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS - AFTER THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS. | |
