Payment Methods
Payment must be made within 14 days, occassionally exceptions are allowed providing an email is received stating reasons.
I accept payment via Paypal, Postal Order,and Cheques.
Please allow 5-7 working days for clearance of cheques.

Delivery
Items will be sent out next day on receipt of payment.Postage is usually by Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcels.Some items will be sent by Recorded Delivery and bulk orders will be sent by Courier.
Items can be arranged for collection. Please email me first to arrange pick up dates/times.
Need to order lots of items? Please email me with details and a discounted price will be arranged.

If Worldwide postage is not stated please e-mail me for a price.
Worldwide Postage will be sent via Royal Mail Signed for so all items are trackable.The price for this will be included in the postage that I quote for you via email.

Return Policy
Items must be returned within 14 days at the customers own cost .
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since responsibility for the goods remains with you until we have received them. In the unlikely event that goods purchased from us are faulty, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item upon receipt by us of the faulty item in it's original condition and packaging. In these conditions we will refund the cost of the return postage. Before returning anything to us, please e-mail us to advise us of your intention to return the items.
