We hope you enjoy your visit to our ebay shop. The majority of our erasers come from Hong Kong and Japan. They are rare to find in this country and we hope you will like them as much as we do!

Now for the Boring Bits....

All items are listed as honestly as we can. Unless stated otherwise, all erasers are brand new and therefore in excellent condition. Erasers that come in packets will still be sealed. Any discrepancies will be dealt with promptly but we do ask you to email us with any complaints before you leave feedback.

Postage Costs

Postal charges are displayed on all our listings. These are based on a one-off fee for the first item and then a cheaper fee for all remaining items; the more you buy, the more you save. Postage costs include packing and an admin fee. If you are unhappy with the postage costs, please do not buy.

Checkout

Please go through checkout immediately after you finish shopping. For multiple items please click on the 'request total from seller' link so that we can combine and reduce your postage costs. Once you receive an invoice, please make a paypal payment as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to the high number of non payers, we no longer accept cheques or postal orders. However, if you contact us in advance we will be happy to discuss the possibility of you paying with these methods

Non Paying Buyers

Customers who do not contact us within 7 days will be reported to ebay, an NPB strike will be listed against them and negative feedback left.

If you are Unhappy

We want you to be happy! If you are unhappy with your purchase or do not receive your item(s) within 7 days, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do all we can rectify problems but can only help you if you contact us!
