Return and Warranty Information |

To return any item you will require a RMA
number. For a return form and RMA number please contact
rma@jex-electronics.com with your
ebay ID and item number. Please
read the below information before requesting an RMA number.

Return
policy on faulty items:
The buyer may
contact us for a RMA number to return a faulty item anytime within the warranty
period for a replacement. Items received with out an RMA number could be
rejected.
If the item is found faulty within 7
working days
of receipt
and we are contacted with in those 7 working days the buyer may send back for an exchange and we
will refund the buyers postage costs (Royal Mail 2nd or 1st class).
Return costs will be refunded upon receipt of the faulty item.
We do not refund return postage costs for orders
returning from outside the United Kingdom. |

The buyer is responsible for return postage
costs in any other circumstance other than that stated above.

Return policy on working items:
The buyer may return a working item within
14 working
days of receipt at their own cost for a full refund. The returned item is
subject to a 15% restocking fee if used or opened. The buyer must contact us
with in 7 working days to request an RMA number. If the RMA number is not
requested with in 7 working days for a working item we reserve the right to
reject the return. |

| Warranty information:
All items come with a 90 day free exchange warranty. The warranty only
covers malfunction and not damage caused by accident and or misuse. |
